Mediation under the Marriage Act and the Children Act.

Lawyer Gry S. Mollan is an approved public mediator in Rogaland. This means that a mediation certificate is issued and that the scheme is free of charge for the parents.

Parents with children under the age of 16 must attend mediation in the event of divorce, separation and parental disputes. The purpose is to help the parents reach an agreement on parental co-operation that safeguards the child's best interests.

The mediator must be neutral and should therefore not talk to the parties before the first mediation session. Mediation can easily be booked by filling out and submitting the form below, calling the office phone 4000 3150 or directly to Gry Sørhus Mollan on telephone 916 11 245.

Notice of mediation is sent to the parties.
The requesting party is the one who orders the mediation.
A mediation certificate will be delivered to the parties during the first mediation session.
